How to update software on iPhones/iPads
1. Plug your device into power and make sure it’s connected to WiFi
2. Go to Settings > General
3. Then tap Software Update
4. Tap Download and Install and then enter your passcode if prompted
*Note: Please allow 5-10 minutes for the update to install. The iPhone/iPad may restart several times.
